Tim and Reenie are full time award-winning Realtors in the Orlando Southwest office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in the Dr. Phillips area. They list and sell new and existing residential properties in the Central Florida counties of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard and Polk. As The Frush Team, they have a combined 50 years of Florida real estate experience representing both sellers and buyers.  In addition to both having mentored and trained rookie agents in the office, they are relocation and marketing specialists   who are excited about implementing the new marketing strategies available today.

Tim and Reenie are also proud of their strong professional working relationships with Realtors throughout Central Florida. Tim’s previous professional experience includes IT management positions and broadcasting. Reenie has previously traveled the U.S. as a national real estate sales trainer; she is also an inactive attorney with membership in the Florida Bar Association. Her other prior professional experiences include corporate income tax consulting, employment litigation and various accounting positions.

Tim majored in communications and computer science at both Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida. He feels that both of these courses of study have been extremely beneficial to him in contributing to his success in the residential real estate field. 

Reenie earned her Juris Doctorate at Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago. She earned her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree Magna Cum Laude with dual finance and accounting majors at Ashland University in Ohio.

Tim and Reenie are members of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, The Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors having attained  Gold Status designation, the highest level of achievement. 

The Team has repeatedly attained Orlando Top 100 Realtors and Orlando Five Star Realtor Awards as well as Coldwell Banker’s designations of International Diamond Society, International Sterling Society, Certified Marketing and Relocation Specialists, Certified Negotiation Specialists and Certified E-Pro Agents.  

Tim is an Orlando native and this has given him the advantage as a Realtor of having extensive knowledge and history of the many areas that make up Central Florida. A native of northwestern Ohio, Reenie also spent several years living in the suburban Chicago area before settling in Orlando in 2000.

Tim and Reenie enjoy spending their free time with family and friends as well as pursuing their hobbies of reading, golf, football, cooking, games and movies.
